I’m very disappointed/ disatified with service received from Clear creek shop.

I drop my vehilce off Tues 4 Dec 18.evening @ Clear creek Killeen, Tx location. I was promised my trk would be finished by noon 5 Dec 18. I felt 12 pm would be suffient time. Ive no calls from shop the day and half trk was in shop. Mechanic states socket stuck on spark plug. Im very disatified with service.
