Need replacement lid

One of the tabs broke off the lid of the smallest rectangular container while trying to snap it closed. I cannot find the replacement on your website

Lids on my container have cracked

Company was impossible to get a hold of no one answered the phone. Very disappointed in their customer service which they think is good!

POOR SUPPORT AND WORST PRODCUTS

We replaced out plastic containers with Glasslock glass containers. Initially, all worked well except it was an expensive switch. However, after few weeks of use, it was clear that there was black mold growing inside the leads (between the lid and the rubber tubing).
