IFFY Customer Service

If a current customer is calling in, 9/10 they have an issue with an appliance that you cover, which is usually pretty stressful in itself. It would help if your customer service was more helpful & understanding and less aggravating & impatient. I don't want to have to argue with you when I am already dealing with a stressful situation.
