If you are going to make a purchase do it 2 months ahead of time although it says 7-14 days. Poor delivery

Ive put in a order on December 8th 2019 hoping to get it before December 24th. I havent gotten any email on the status or when I will be receiving my order. Im so upset and wish I did not waste my money to not receive my items. Every time I check my order it still says unfulfilled. Im very disappointed. This was a Christmas gift for someone and now Im assed out.
