I was trying to place my order that would have been close to $500 and asking for the advertised 20% coupon, the CSR acted like it was not a big deal.

Obviously, I can find the same items less expensive on Amazon or other sites, I was hoping to shop here, but now I see just how important their customers are to them. User's recommendation: All items in the catalog are surprisingly already on sale, voids coupon.
