NSA phone tree is set up on the assumption that all callers are calling in regard to a letter that was sent to them. You have to have an extension number that was in that letter in order to talk to anyone or they hang up on you. This is an incredibly inferior way to do business! And to be referred to some other company called "Pissed Consumers" in order to get customer service is especially egregious! User's recommendation: Do not order magazines if the order is processed by North Shore Agency!
