I could not get a answer I tried for 20 min to get through Im so done with this company, they have caused my bank to overdraft by 357$ I stopped payment and my bank took it back out of my account Im currently in the - 1000 because of this company steer clear if you are questioning this they are complete 100% scam they even sold me insurance on my tickets and then wouldnt honer it because it was a pandemic.....I bought the damn things in a pandemic Im so mad and have no clue what else to do User's recommendation: Stay away from this company.
