Nothing but lies from their dispatchers. They string you on for hours before you final realize they are nothing but frauds. Many auto insurance companies uses these bums. For years i used AAA. This last year i went with Auto Owners roadside assistance to save a few dollars. Big mistake. After waiting over 3 hours and getting nothing but BS from them i finally call AAA and renewed my membership. AAA had me towed in 45 mins. Stay away from theses crooks!
