very worst service.

Hi we are cam360degree photography from chennai.. Almost last 3 years we are giving business to canvera.. Initially everything was fine. But last 6months we are facing lot of issues. Poor service and unacceptable treatment of elderly patients

After undergoing Holter monitoring, my grandmother, who was 81 years old, was told by doctors to follow the results on another day. and there is no other way to get results. This means that they offer a person at risk of covid-19 to travel through the whole city by public transport to the facility where the largest possible number of infected people are initially located and thus in the risk area for two rounds for a long time. By calling the institution 4 times, after lengthy conversations with the reception staff, who agreed that the patient's rights were violated and three times promised to pass the information to the administration to send the results by e-mail,however, after 4 times the results were sent to the GP by email. The economy of the institution is as follows: in their view, who needs to keep up with the 21st Century and solve real patient problems on their own with technological solutions (e-mailing is nothing new, and this is in line with current legislation) authority) if patients can simply be sent away for years and forgotten about at all, right? The campaign for social distancing - is, but to put it into practice - no, it is not a priority for this institution. Shame.
