I try to connect to them and the number that appears in the website send me to another agency and they not even know what is going on , and the other attempt they did answer but were telling me that I have to pay for the double amount of what my ticket cost, its not fare because I was just trying to make some corrections on one of tickets day of birth and i have to pay before I fight User's recommendation: Provide update phone numbers for customer to make our experience a better one.
