I tried to contact the customer service on multiple DAYS and times. I have been on hold for 3 to 3.5 hours with no answer. The customer service is really bad. I bought a trimmer along with the required pre-mix fuel so that I can get the 5 year warranty . It will not take the documents when I tried to upload the documents. When I tried it again it says that it is already registered. Now it will not even give me the option to upload the documents. I am getting no help from any one in Husqvarna . I will wait for you response. If I don't hear from you then I will have to return the unit and get a stihl brand as they carry a 5 year warranty automatically. The customer service at Husqvarna is really horrible. I am seeing from the internet that a lot of the people have similar issues with Husqvarna. If some one can contact me I can email them the copy of the receipts and Husqvarna can send me the confirmation for the 5 year warranty. The serial number of the trimmer is 201******** and the model number is 122LK (grass trimmer). Thanks
