I am an ase certified tech. I have built and repaired thousands of vehicles. I was basically told that I knew nothing about cars and it was not possible for me to diagnose engine failure without completely disassembling it. I own my own shop and can tell you as a shop owner the labor they want you to put in just so they can piece repair together is not worth the shop time to deal with this company. their customer service is horrendous and their wanna be phone mechanics are the most condescending people I have ever dealt with professionally. the better business bureau should take steps to shut them down.
