I TRIED TO CONTACT MICHAELS TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM BUT THEY HAVE SOME KIND OF SERVICE THAT REQUIRES THE CUSTOMER PAYING TO HAVE THEM CHECK ON YOUR ORDER! User's recommendation: DON'T USE MICHAELS ONLINE!
