I was experiencing severe chest pain and suspected a heart attack. The Life Alert dispatcher spoke directly to the EMT who got there in a very short time. In total, four men, two ambulance and two fire rescue arrived to assist me. It all happened so fast, I did not have a heart attack but bloodwork showed severe anemia and had C blood; was transported to the hospital. I was so happy I had Life Alert. Their response was so quick. My family has all heard the dispatcher at one time or another, and have commented that not only is everyone efficient but every single person we had the pleasure to be in contact with at Life Alert has been so kind and so patient.
