My power went out at 1am &; we still don't have power. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE & VERY DISAPPOINTING. WE PAY FOR ELECTRICITY EVERY MONTH & WE FIND OUT THAT EVERY OTHER AREA BY US HAS POWER BUT US. WE ARE FREEZING COLD IN OUR HOME WITH AN ELDERLY PERSON.
