Non-refundable security deposit.
I ordered a sofa that was not delivered on time. To return the security deposit I have to write does not know how many applications and the employee herself does not even know what should be written in these documents, because it was called and rewritten for the third time! I will not become poorer with these € 50, but I will not recommend this company to all my relatives and friends and I will avoid it myself, thank you! I would recommend improving communication with customers and that everything should happen not through these store employees, but directly with those in charge!
