Pulling wheels broke rather than replace with new parts it was welded and it was still under warranty and they charged me 45 dollars rather than fix it under warranty I am on fixed income and the warranty was a reason I bought it in first place not happy with warranty.just thought someone needed to know if it makes a difference..
