hello yes back in April of 2020 we bought tickets for the Oakland A's but due to the pandemic all was canceled and I was given a voucher code number ecvA26C996F that was supposed to be used until May 4th 2021. that I discovered in June on my telephone, but my question is can I get refunded for the money that I did use to buy the tickets.have been trying for numerous days to coordinate with mytickettracker.com customer service number but no answer
