Original review posted by user Mar 29, 2021 I paid off the collection issue and I call different departments to no avail. Nobody has my information. I need to speak with a representative who will FIND my information in order to Report it to the CREDIT BUREAU THAT IT WAS PAID AND TO GET IT OFF NY CREDIT REPORT!! User's recommendation: This sux.
