I hadn’t gotten the rest of my order

On June 9th I ordered three things from Mason and here is the order number 9 2 6 1 2 9 * * * * 8 1 7 1 6 3 * * * * 8 0 0 I received the shoes the other two items was supposed to be shipped out separately and I still haven't gotten them
