I rented a motorcycle in Las Vegas for a trip in March of 2020. Because of Covid I was forced to cancel well before the ride was to take place. I requested that my money be returned but was refused. I explained that being 66, with a heart condition, and a recent cancer diagnosis, that I was never going to take this trip. They could care less and kept my money. Just wrong. User's recommendation: My recommendation is DON'T.
