I can’t access the weight watcher app. And I need help

I am unable to connect to the phone application. Every time that I try to enter my food, it brings me back to the very beginning to have me answer all the questions about what food I like and eat. Can you please reset or fix this problem for me so I can use my phone to enter my food and activities. I have an Apple IPhone10 so there is no reason on my part this app should not work.
