I BROKE UP WITH A SKIN RASH AND THEY SAY IT WON’T HAPPEN

I PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCTS IN NOV. I DID NOT USE UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS BECAUSE I KNEW I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE 2X A DAY AS STATED. I WAS INFORMED TRULY VEGAN AND NO SIDE EFFECTS. I LOOKED LIKE I HAD A SEVERE SUNBURN ON MY ON MY FOREHEAD, CHEEKS AND NECK. IT LOOKED LIKE A CASE OF ROSACEA. I COULD NOT GO OUT IN PUBLIC. PEOPLE WERE LOOKING AT ME AND ASKING ME WHAT HAPPENED. I SENT EMAILS FOR 7 DAYS (IT STATES I WOULD GET A RESPONSE 24-48 HOURS). BAD PRODUCT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT IT WAS 45 DAYS TO RETURN SO THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY CREDIT. I HAVE WRITTEN NUMEROUS EMAILS. THEY FINALLY RESPONDED AFTER ABOUT 2 WEEKS OR MORE. I ALSO READ THAT OTHERS GOT RASHES SO THERE ARE SIDE EFFECTS AND THEY SHOULD POST IT. I ASKED MY REP FOR A CREDIT SHE DID NOT RESPOND SO I ASKED WHO I COULD CONTACT AT HEADQUARTERS AND SHE DID NOT RESPOND. FIRST I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A DEAL - FOR THE GENIUS ULTRA AND ANTI AGING FACE CREAM. ALL I GOT WAS THE GENIUS ULTRA. WHAT WAS I SUPPOSE TO DO WITH THIS? SO A MONTH LATER I RECEIVED THE CREAMS. I DID TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS AND SENT TO MY REP. I DELETED MINE ON MY PHONE BECAUSE IT SCARED ME I DIDN'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO SEE IT. I HAVE RECEIPTS.
