Filling out claim form necessitated joining PDF Filler. Took free trial -could only do so when giving mastercard details. Was not able to use this service at all (in fact, half completed form is still static in system). No acknowledgement that further monies would be taken. Going into my account (no. [protected]) I was/am unable to cancel subscription as the system still only offers me free trial. When I originally applied, and since, I have been totally unable to print the one necessary document I needed. My Bank has been informed and will take immediate action if I do not receive a credit into my account straight away. The subscription amount of £69.33 was taken today (11.3.2021) [protected]@sky.com
