Hoverboard defective-company will not respond

I ordered (2) hoverboards and gave to to my kids for Christmas. The red hoverboard I gave my daughter was charged, then worked for a few minutes before shutting down. We tried to recalibrate, but the problem could not be fixed. The product is unsafe, and inoperable. I have tried for (10) days, at least (10) calls, and (20) emails to get a response. Each time I call, they take the same information and say they will send me a return label on email. It never happens. I have sent the emails and have not heard from the company. My daughter still has no Christmas present, and I can't even tell her how long it will be until she gets it. I get no response, no calls, no updates, etc. I have reported to the New Jersey BBB. I have seen similar concerns about this company and am posting at each site. We need to all band together and bring this to national attention, and seek legal representation. This is unsafe, and theft. This company will not respond no matter what you do. LET'S STAND UP AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!!
