Signed up for services in September and began implementing in November. Once My website become active things suddenly stopped working. After many hours of investigation, I submitted a support request to DotEasy. They responded by informing me my script couldn't release resources and was causing trouble for the server. I checked my code for an extended period of time and could not find any errors or reasons why resources were not released. After many days and attempts by Dot Easy support to sell "partner" services and hourly dubugging services I figured out there was NO problem with my script. DotEasy was simply not capable of providing shared hosting services. When they would not enable my website I requested a refund. They refused. If you are seeking hosting services look elsewhere. There are many other better and more reliable alternatives available.
