Poor Service
I am waiting for an important shipment from Germany, as it is not, DHL shipped it to Itella Logistics, searching by tracking number, parcel it turns out that in Melbourne, for a week, but it is not possible to receive your shipment because none of the 8 phone numbers work, except for one, which literally 3 hours from the place I called until picked up, said that the courier will deliver the goods the next day, but the package was not delivered the next day, It's been 3 days and you can't call them again.
