I was not able to access control panel because of the renew notice on my account on SSL certificate which would expire in September. I was not going to renew the SLL certificate and cancelled the SSL. There was nowhere said that I am cancelling hosting account with all my website on it! My hosting account would expire in December 2017 and my SSL would expire in September. I phones customer support and spoke to Jerry White. Jerry s said that NOTING HE CAN DO AND I HAVE TO PAY NOT $107.88 CAD for the NEW hosting, PLUS $217.99 CAD for the website restore . So I was wrongly charged for the service I have already paid and for the error-which I made because of the system unclear messages. I have been Go Daddy customer for 15 years and I have never experienced anything like that. This is a money grab! I deeply hurt and disappointed in Godaddy!
