Horrific, shameful experience

Hi, I had received a coupon (reward) from you via email. I went to your location below. The cashier at the “to go counter” was extremely friendly, a very lovely lady. She didn’t know how to ring it up. She called her manager (supervisor). The supervisor stumped over already looking incredibly in a terrible mood. The supervisor grabbed the phone out of my hand, looked at the email on my phone for may be 2 seconds and almost screamed: “You need to go PRINT that out and bring it in. Don’t come in here with this. Go print it.” She then stomped off while murmuring something to herself. Imagine how one feels with that kind of experience. I just left without placing my order for coworkers at work. I explained it to all my coworkers from my car. They told me to immediately leave that La Madeleine and never go back. I just went across the street to a different restaurant and got food for our lunch meeting at work. The La Madeleine supervisor was a short, African American woman. The incident was probably around 8 A.M. on 4-17-19. The reward emailed was for a cup of soup. Someone told me at work that you don’t have soup that early anyway.
