My husband Micheal Gragg is a patient at Davita Central where can I start Angela the director is the absolute most arrogant, obnoxious, rude, very unprofessional director that any agency can ever have, that's the 1st complaint, the 2nd complaint I've noticed is the staff that works on Saturdays when my husband Micheal Gragg starts dialysis at 12 PM on Saturday there's always 3 people which in my opinion if I ran a place like this I'd have at least 4 or 5 staff members every day regardless of whether it's a Saturday or not, and at the end of Micheal's treatment there will only be 2 workers, and I've witnessed 3 or 4 people go down at the same time, and others are coming off the machine and there's not enough staff to deal with all of this. And so the patients done got to wait to get off the machine to take care of the people going down and even then every one going down will not get help immediately and if people have strokes, heart attacks, blood infections, or their blood pressure drops like my husband one time his machine went off for 30 minutes before any one came and helped him.
