Update by user Feb 09, 2019 Hello, It has not been resolved. They just avoid the issue. Want me to sand off the finish for which I paid extra, but the thing won't even move to do anything. They refuse, absolutely refuse, to do a thing about it. I've filed a BBB complaint and am getting nowhere...
