I had one of the worst experiences ever with the valet at the sheraton in Atlanta his name is Michael he is an ignorant person I have no idea how he get a job doing customer service Customer service is everything how you treat people is everything when you are not being treated well you need to report these people because they're at work and I and writing all of the reviews for bad customer service from Michael the valet
