Horrible Customer Service and kept my Sales Tax

I returned an item that I had purchased on Amazon. I received a refund of my item minus return shipping minus my sales tax. When I contacted him to let him know he still owed my the $47.36 sales tax he argued with me then by the end of our call he yelled at me telling me it's a restocking fee and "I don't give a *** what you do" and hung up the phone. I contacted Amazon and they did a report. I have now received a return label for a refund but he already has the product. I just called him and let him know the label does me no good as he already has the product and he told me I'm lucky I got back what I did as he could have charged me 50% restocking fee of $498.50. BUYER BEWARE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He owes me $47.36 in sales tax. What kind of company uses vulgar language and hangs up the phone? I have all the documents to prove it.
