8 year old debt is floating!

I just received a notification from Credit Reform that I owe Telstra 200 Ls. But the most interesting thing is that there was an unpaid bill in 2004! It was a long time ago, but I remember very well that the contract was broken and all the bills were paid. I have not been a Telstra customer since then. And suddenly such a mystical debt arrives!?! Maybe someone has had a similar experience, I want to understand what to do now? Telstra asked for a statement for that invoice, they don't give it to me, they don't see such old information! Of course, I have not retained any broken contracts or payment orders. Who keeps them for 8 years...
