DonComplaint about Masterbuilt 1050 has a intermittent issue and grill is less then 3 weeks old. It will cook at low temps. Was doing a reverse sere on 2 thick ribeyes, set the grill at 250 degrees. Put the steaks on the grill and once the steaks reached 100 degrees, I removed the steaks and set the temp at 700 degrees. The grill would not go past 326 degrees. I checked all of the switches amd still the fan remained off amd the grill would not go past 326. I disconnected and reconnected power to the grill several times and to no avail. I turned power off checked connections and still had same issue. Then mysteriously, the grill started working.
