Have to received items and paid for oriouity shipping over 10 days ago , I’ve lost my client

I orderd priourty for a client for hair , the customer has gone somewhere else , now I have no hair and paid for priority shipping hair bought and I dont know what todo . I paid 30euro for early shipping they said 4/7 days Andy nothing . I paid with PayPal and nothing User's recommendation: Do not order something priority as there is none , don’t waste your money you could lose business like I have three customers and I foot the Bill , my advice go to a reputable supplier , when will I get what I orders it’s a scam to spend extra money as they don’t supply on time and could lose your business as one unhappy customer leads to 10 and than word of month ( what injustice I’ve lost 600 euro over one order not coming and made a huge mistake by promoting a company that can’t even tell me we’re my order is after specified time frame .
