Have Del Webb remove all item’s befor closing.

Damage microwave installed in home. I upgraded kitchen in Dec 19. Remove microwave and saw it was damage. Called Del Webb team (MR Ashley 321 247 ****) Orlando FL. Was told sorry. The microwave was installed damage, does Del Webb install damage item's in homes that they sell.
