Dealt with a Tiffany at the MP today. she was the rudest and most hateful person i have ever had to deal with. I believe she enjoyed making me feel inferior as she asked questions to an already difficult situation that i didn't need. She repeated questions over and over and took much longer than was necessary. I understand now why I have people that tell me they will never get Obama care!!! I understand that insurance is necessary, but this is NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I will figure out how not to have this in the future!!!!!!! You want this longer and I can definitely take more space because there is definitely more to it than that. You all can't seem to find the information in time for all that has been sent in and are trigger happy to make us have pay more without even notifying us. And then to say "Oh it was here but now you have to do an appeal to get that credit for this month!!" Stupid inconsiderate stuff you make people go thru!! I feel sorry for the older people and people who don't know any better at how you cover them. You do not care about people at all!!!
