Unable to receive small package
Postal workers require payment and a bank statement to receive the small package, even though an identity document has been issued and can be verified address where and what person is registered because it is the declared place of residence. The sender made a mistake and wrote only a word, but I was able to provide all the other information on the spot, which the postal staff refused to say about the payment, which was not shown on the page. And write a mystical application that will be considered in just 3 days. I refuse to pay for mystical services, which is also questionable, as well as why I have to present a bank statement to the postal employee, which must be attached to the application. The service is disgusting to say the least, and I don't want such employees to serve people at all. The event took place on 30. 06. 2016. I would very much like such people not to serve people if they can't even explain them normally, but only speak in an offensive tone and also show disrespect to the client.
