Hairspray can stops working?!!?

Have used these products for about three years-- shampoo and conditioner and hairspray. They must have switched supplier for hairspray nozzle because it stops working after about 1/4 of the can-- and you can try "unstopping/uncleaning"-- but it doesn't matter-- it just doesn't want to work! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
