I answered an ad for a sample of your products for shipping and handling cost of $4.99 paid by credit card. Subsequent, I received a package from the company for $79.95. Since the product caused crusting on my scalp, I requested to cancel the automatic purchase. I received a second package for the same price. Please do not sent me any more of your product.
