Goodgame Empire keeps sending "Primetime" Ruby specials to my inbox and when I login in nothing happens. It's false advertising, it wastes my time and when you complain to support, you get ZERO response. I have spent a lot of money in this game and I used to enjoy playing... I lost over 17k men because the "Starved" when I couldn't get online in time. Do you know how much money that is? There's not even a system in place to allow you to make or buy enough food to feed when you'll be offline. They don't take the complaints or large losses seriously. I have had a 300% log back in bonus to get me to go back and play, and I have logged in now trying to get it to popup and NOTHING. What a bunch of crap. I played years ago and came back when I got sick and I have started to play another game now because of the crap like this.
