Their closet design had an improper sketch with altered dimensions. Errors were made by the personnel sent to measure and construction tolerances were incorrect. This caused a loss of 40 cubic feet of usable space and a drawer omitted; I just have weird unusable gaps instead. They cut molding off where they did not need to and left damaged drywall showing. The installation is poor quality, pulling away from the wall. Closet World gave me a few dollars off because of all that on a several thousand dollar job, and I still don't have what I ordered. If you want a custom closet: don't waste your money on Closet World!
