I went to the Cottage Grove, MN. Location for an oil change. When I left, I heard something banging under my car. I went back and talked to the kid in charge. He told me to get in line, and I said I was just. In line for 30 minutes to get an oil change. He basically said “oh well”. So after a 45 minute wait in line he found out that my skid plate was only held on by a couple of bolts, and was bouncing around under there. He managed to find a couple of bolts, which I’m sure were bolts from my suv that they didn’t put in an hour earlier. The worst part is, no one gave me an apology, and the kid in charge never looked at me. I WON’T go back.
