My 5 gift orders were shipped without my knowledge so I could keep family members apprised of when to expect gifts so no one would steal them AND besides that they were shipped without our Merry Christmas Message so they didn't even know who they came from. If each of them is not compensated in some form, at least we the senders should be. I chatted with three agents and not one word about compensation for this screw up.
