GIFT CARD WAR

I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD FROM LUBY'S ON THEIR WEBSITE AND HAD THEM MAIL IT TO MY FRIEND FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. WHEN HE TOOK TWO GUESTS WITH HIM TO EAT, THE CARD WOULDN'T WORK. HE WAS VERY EMBARRASSED AND UPSET. I HAVE CALLED REPEATEDLY AND GET NO EMAILS OR CALLS IN RETURN.
