Garbage service and customer support!

I get a message stating that my delivery will be on Memorial Day between 12-4 PM the day prior (that I did not confirm or agree to). I get a call on Memorial day at 10:30 saying it will arrive within 35 minutes. At 12 PM I call the delivery driver, who doesn't answer. I call the company and the only thing they can tell me is that it will arrive between 12 and 4 PM. Soon after that call I get a call from the delivery driver around 12:15 PM, and he says he will arrive in 15 minutes. It's now 12:31 PM and I'm still waiting. Don't call me if you're going to lie to me. Just let me wait between 12 and 4 PM (which is ridiculous to begin with). I don't know what Xpo means, but they need to be stripped of the "Logistics" title. User's recommendation: Pick it up yourself.
