My wife and I have been on two very enjoyable cruises with NCL. On our last cruise (Sydney to Singapore) we bought some future cruise credit ($500). Unfortunately this is due to expire in February 2022. In the current situation we have been unable to make use of this, 2020 and now 2021 have been taken out of the equation with no cruises available. Can our future cruise credit date be extended to take this into account? We do feel at least a 12 month extension would not be unreasonable. As I say we really enjoyed our two cruises, both on the same ship, Norwegian Jewel, but perhaps a little flexibility from NCL would not go unnoticed and certainly would enhance the reputation of NCL. would much appreciated.
