Furniture Fashions is a ripoff in my experience. I was trying to help my girlfriend pick out a new sofa. We went into this store mainly because we heard about the unusual furniture. I helped her pick one that seemed cool. We spent a lot of money, even though this store looked like the kind of place where you should do that. Seedy, garish, unpleasant is how I'd describe it. Anyway, we bought what we thought was a new sofa, but when it got delivered it looked like a football team used it in their locker room. It was definitely not a new piece of furniture. I'm pretty sure they just delivered the showroom demo couch just to get rid of it. It was scratched and scuffed, it was like we were buying some used P.O.S. from craigslist or something that had been sat on and laid on hundreds of times or more. The whole thing just looked sloppy. We went back in and we tried to talk to some guy whose name I think was Raham or something. He was argumentative, didn't want to listen to our complaints and kept trying to convince us we got a new sofa. We didn't. This was definitely a used sofa. Raham was rude. Rude Raham treated us like he didn't care about his business and treated us like we were unworthy or something. He just tried to brush us off. We're still messing around with this store and they're not being very helpful. The whole place seems shady to me. Stay away from here. Furniture is expensive. Spend your money at a reputable store, not some shady, seedy-feeling place.
