Furniture Care Protection stole my money

Bought through Freeds furniture in Dallas. They are a complete rip off and deny claims and are not what the sales people say that they are. Need to turn them into the Better Business Bureau.

》 Recently we purchased a sectional couch from Royal Furniture Company in Memphis Tn. Since October 2020 we have been trying to get someone out to repair it. This is terrible service.
